Corrections policy
We aim to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and tell readers what changed.
How we handle errors
- Factual errors — typos, wrong numbers, misattributed quotes, or any incorrect statement of fact — are corrected as soon as they're verified.
- Significant changes after publication (adding new information, removing an incorrect claim, clarifying a misleading passage) are reflected in the article's Updated date. Where the change is substantive, we add a short editor's note inside the article explaining what was corrected and when.
- Minor edits (formatting, typos that don't change meaning) may be made silently without a separate note.
- We do not unpublish articles to hide mistakes. If an article is withdrawn for a serious reason, we leave a note explaining why.
Report an error
If you believe an Anotics News article contains an error, email editorial@anotics.com with the article URL and a description of what you believe is wrong. Please include any documents, links, or sources that support your correction. We read every report and respond when we make a change.
How updates show up
Each article page shows its original publication date and, when it differs, an Updated date. Article structured data exposes both datePublished and dateModified so search engines and aggregators reflect the latest version.
